What will you learn?
Youth Diploma 1 covers the five key modules of the Coerver methodology.
Warm-up
Drills on how to use ball mastery in the warm-up.
Speed
Speed drills with the ball.
1v1
1v1 moves plus 1v1 and 2v2 games.
Small Group Play
Games in small groups. Game drills focused on receiving, passing, combination play and finishing.
Small-Sided Games
Themed and free games to develop all skills under full pressure.
